1. Data controller
The controller of personal data processed within the nadstolem.pl website is Daniel Rakoczy, contact e-mail: kontakt@nadstolem.pl.
This policy applies only to the nadstolem.pl information website. If you use the PNS app (plan.nadstolem.pl) or Przy Stoliku (turnieje.nadstolem.pl), separate privacy policies apply, available at plan.nadstolem.pl/page/privacy and turnieje.nadstolem.pl/privacy respectively.
2. What data we collect
On nadstolem.pl we collect data in three situations:
- Newsletter sign-up (form in the page footer): e-mail address, IP address, and the page the form was submitted from.
- Waitlist sign-up (e.g. for "coming soon" plans or Przy Stoliku registration): e-mail address, IP address, which app the sign-up relates to (PNS / Przy Stoliku), and the page the form was submitted from.
- Google Analytics — only after consent is given in the cookie banner: anonymous visit statistics (pages visited, approximate location, device type). We do not combine this data with your e-mail address.
We do not run user account registration on this website — accounts are created separately within the PNS or Przy Stoliku apps, under their own privacy policies.

4. Cookies
The site uses one type of non-essential cookie: Google Analytics cookies, set only after consent given in the banner shown at the bottom of the screen. You can change your decision at any time via the "Manage cookies" link in the page footer.
To remember the consent decision itself (accepted/rejected) we use a technical entry in your browser's storage (localStorage), which does not require separate consent — it is used only so the banner is not shown again on every visit.
5. Who we share data with
- Hosting provider — the server running this website is located in Poland.
- Google LLC (Google Analytics) — only anonymized visit statistics, if you consent to cookies. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. How long we keep data
E-mail addresses submitted to the newsletter or waitlist are kept until you ask us to remove them (by e-mail) or withdraw consent. Google Analytics data is retained according to Google's settings (14 months by default).
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time (e.g. ask to be removed from the newsletter or waitlist) — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, write to kontakt@nadstolem.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO).
8. Security
The site is available only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Data from the newsletter and waitlist forms is stored on a server with restricted access — the data directory is blocked from public traffic.
9. Changes to this policy
If the scope of collected data or how it is used changes, we will update this page and change the date at the top of the document.
